Been hearing a lot about this place and we’ve been very lucky that Singapore has entered “Phase-2” and restaurants are allowed to operate again.
Again, this dinner happened July 2020 – Singapore is under “Phase-2.”
We can officially call this an “ala-carte buffet.”

Colony is at The Ritz-Carlton, you have to book way in advance as this place is popular.
Due to social distancing requirement, space is very good.
There are QR codes on the edge of your table for you to view their menu using your personal device.
Just remember the number as it would be easier for you and the server.
Food will come in small servings, but as this is a buffet, you can always ask for more.
Juices and coffee are also included.
You will need to bring your own envelope/plastic to keep your mask while eating, you will also need to wear it back again if you need to go to the washroom.
Although you can’t see the faces of the restaurant’s staff, you can feel that they are very happy to serve.
I’ve been to a lot of hotel buffets in Singapore and this place is highly recommended. Good food, great staff.
Upon asking for your bill, do not forget to ask the staff if they have current promotions with local credit cards. Managed to get 10% off my bill thanks to my card.
